With exponential increase data processing storage needs, there a strong push to move higher radix system that can eradicate or lessen many limitations system. Anticipated saturation Moore’s law necessity information density speed in future micro nanoelectronic circuits systems provide background motivation for beyond-binary logic In this review article, different Multiple-valued-Logic (MVL) devices associated prospects constraints discussed. The feasibility MVL real-world applications rests resolving two major challenges: (i) development an efficient mathematical approach implement using available technologies, (ii) availability effective synthesis techniques. This intended perform comprehensive investigation various comparative analysis feasible approaches devices, especially ternary logic.
